Graduation Photos

A week or so ago I got a chance to go down to Eugene and take some UO Grad photos for some friends.  Now, I watched a bunch of youtube tutorials and all sorts of stuff which really helped,  But… actually getting out there and doing it is the best way to learn.  There are a few things I missed . (I had to remove a spider that was on Hana’s cap in almost all her photos)…   but overall I think the photo’s turned out nice.

Gavin and Hana were awesome and very patient and we had fun walking around campus and taking some shots.  Also, the fact that they wanted some shots in a cemetery is right up my alley!   (Maybe I’ll go back to that old cemetery in the future (Fall?) and get some foggy, moody, spooky shots there) I ended up taking around 230 photos (Burst) and delivered about 35-40.

I am still working on some post processing of some, let’s say, tricky photos (Exposure Bracketing with moving subjects)…Again hitting up some Youtube dudes for some tips. Oh… For post… I use Lightroom, Photoshop, Luminar NEO which seems to do the trick.

I do plan on doing some more sessions like this in the future (Senior Photos and Corporate photos) and I hope to share them here (with permission), the progression of my portrait photgraphy…

I hope you like and please let me know if you have any questions or comments below
